Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 3- 7 business days. During peak seasons or sales, processing times may be slightly extended. You’ll receive a notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Most orders are shipped via USPS or UPS and typically arrive within 3–7 business days after processing.
Free Shipping:
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $75.
Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s journey.
Shipping Delays:
Please note that once a package leaves our hands, delivery times are subject to carrier timelines and may be affected by weather, holidays, or other delays beyond our control.
Wrong or Incomplete Address:
Please double-check your shipping information before submitting your order. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at kayscozyco@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right. Be sure to include your order number and any relevant photos, if applicable.
International Shipping:
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand internationally in the future!
